Events cancellation and refund policy

We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair and transparent for everyone, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.

For General Events

If you need to cancel your participation, you are eligible for a full refund provided you notify us at least 10 days before the event date. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 10 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, as resources and arrangements will already be in place.

Please note that the cancellation policy may vary depending on the type of event. If a different policy applies, it will be clearly specified in the event details at the time of registration.

For Educational Trips

Due to the more complex logistics involved, we require a bit more notice for cancellations. If you cancel at least one month (30 days) in advance, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that point are non-refundable, as we begin finalizing details well in advance.
